Hana no Tsuru is a one-of-a-kind handmade ceramic bowl measuring 12.5 × 12.5 × 2.5 inches. The composition blends Asian and Italian decorative influences, pairing graceful crane imagery and flowering botanicals with the concentric structure, ornamental borders, and aged surface character associated with historic Italian ceramics.

Soft blue-gray fields, ivory cranes, and muted red blossoms create a restrained, elegant palette, while deep black textured bands and luminous gold embellishments add depth, contrast, and structure. The central crane motif is echoed by a surrounding ring of birds and flowers, creating a sense of movement and quiet symmetry across the bowl.
